In-House Dental Membership
Need to set a budget for dental care? Our in-house dental membership plan can help dental care come at a no-surprise cost! Our in-house membership allows you or you and your family to receive quality dental care from Blue Apple Dental Group year-round.
When you become a member, you can enjoy necessary X-rays, dental exams and dental hygiene visits, and a 10% discount on dental treatment with the following two-tier options:
- Prophy Option: 3 visits per year for $585
- Periodontal Option: 4 visits per year $685

Do you accept Delta Dental?
Yes. Accepting most PPO Dental Plans and Delta Dental. We are a Delta Dentist. We are contracted with Delta Dental Premier and PPO.

Yes. We accept most PPO dental plans. Call your office before your visit, and our team will check your coverage and explain your benefits.
What does the Dental Membership Plan include?
The Prophy option is $585 per year and includes 3 visits; the Periodontal option is $685 per year and includes 4 visits. Both cover your exams, X-rays and hygiene visits and give you 10% off treatment.
Can I use my FSA or HSA?
Yes. We accept flexible spending accounts (FSAs) and health savings accounts (HSAs), as well as Visa and Mastercard.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer financing through Sunbit, Cherry, Proceed Finance and CareCredit, so you can spread the cost of larger treatments such as dental implants.
Do you offer a senior discount?
Yes. Ask our team about our senior discount when you schedule your visit.
